On Wednesday, Mumbai Police confirmed that they’d issued an FIR relating to troublemakers who had reportedly attacked the parked Delhi Capitals workforce bus.
The Delhi Capitals’ Head Coach Ricky Ponting and Bowling Coach James Hopes met on the workforce resort in Mumbai earlier on Tuesday (March 15). Before leaving their lodgings, the coaches should full a three-day quarantine.

“An FIR has been filed under sections 143,147,149,427 of the IPC against 5-6 unknown men for allegedly attacking the Delhi Capital IPL team’s parked bus,” ANI tweeted.

Legendary Australian all-rounder Shane Watson has now been appointed because the franchise’s new Assistant Coach within the subsequent season. Players from the Delhi Capitals have arrived in Mumbai to start their preparations for the following IPL 2022, which can start on March 26. Rishabh Pant, a younger India wicketkeeper-batsman, leads the Delhi Capitals. On March 27, the membership will play the Mumbai Indians, the five-time IPL champions, at Brabourne Stadium.
